Terms Of Service

General

+ By commissioning me, you are agreeing to accept my terms of service
+ Please remember that I have personal life and finishing commission may take up to 2 months
+ I only work with clear reference sheets
+ My artstyle is a bit sketchy, don't commission me if you have an issue with this
+ If your character has oversaturated/too bright/too dark colours, keep in mind that I may reduce saturation to better work with it
+ You can commission only your characters unless it's gift for someone who is aware of it
+ You must be +18 to commission nsfw artwork
+ I can decline your order if I don't feel comfortable with it
+ I will show you coloured sketch so you can confirm if colours/markings/expression/pose is correct
+ I can't make changes once I finish the piece
+ If you ghost me and won't reply to my messages after I started commission you will be blocked an blacklisted

Payment

+ I take money only in USD via PayPal
+ Payment can be completed right after ordering commission or after accepting sketch
+ I don't give refunds unless commissioned art is still in sketch phase

Art commission

+ You may repost commissioned artwork with proper credit
+ You may include artwork and it's value when selling/trading character
+ You cannot steal/copy/trace/heavily reference commissioned artwork
+ You cannot use commissioned artwork for commercial purposes

Custom design/adoptables

+ You can sell/trade the design
+ You can slightly change the design and add accessories but it should still remain the original one
+ Please don't buy custom design only for selling it

I will draw

+ furry (both feral and anthro, literally any species)
+ mythical creatures
+ dinosaurs
+ Flight Rising dragons
+ gore (any kind)
+ artistic nudity
+ nsfw (ask first, I'm not comfortable with everything)

I won't draw

+ human/humanoids
+ complicated machines/mecha
+ big groups of characters
+ nsfw with minor and/or feral characters
+ certain fetishes (ask first)
+ polithical and hateful content
+ copyrighted characters

+ existing character - 40$ or more (set individually depending on complexity)
